All literacy services are grounded in the Orton-Gillingham Approach, a structured, explicit, sequential, and multisensory approach to teaching reading, spelling, and written language. Instruction is informed by Science of Reading research and is carefully individualized to each learner's specific strengths and needs.
Skills are taught sequentially and instruction is continually adjusted based on student performance and progress. To provide the consistency and intensity necessary for meaningful growth, literacy intervention requires a minimum of two 45 minute sessions per week.
